This wonderful apartment house is located close to the sea and consists of eight apartments for 2 to 4 persons (CIM432 ? CIM439). Even though the apartments are located in the quieter residential area of Medulin, they are still close enough to the city center, which makes them ideal for couples and families with children. Due to the close proximity to the sea, there is a beautiful view of the sea from the apartments, but from apartment CIM437 there is only a partial sea view. On the fenced property there are two swimming pools, one of them is for children, about -20 m² in size, the second is about 40 m². Of course, there is a covered terrace with barbecue, which is also shared by all guests of the apartment house.
