Villa Elena

This grand villa on the outskirts of the town has a wonderful park-like garden. It has a wonderful pool, a children's pool, a playground and table tennis. Each apartment has its very own style and décor. Some are in the main building with very high ceilings with stucco and painted ceilings. Others have a more modern style and are located in an annex. The entrance to the villa consists of a huge hall, which is furnished almost like a museum. The same is true of the large library on the first floor. Free WiFi and Internet access points are available. Guardistallo is a sweet little medieval town situated on a hill with stunning views all the way to the Mediterranean Sea at Cecina, across the Cecina valley and to the classical town of Volterra. The location is therefore very beautiful and also central – all the major Tuscan cities, such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, are within an hour's drive. Guardistallo has a couple of nice bars and restaurants.
