It has only solar power, which limits the use of electrical appliances. However, there is a connection to the mobile network here. The whole property has a few small terraces. Attic with minimum ceiling height of 10 cm. Below the house, a footpath lined with bushes leads to the sea, where you can swim. The last 300 m of the driveway is unpaved and uneven. Kayak for one person and a professional telescope available.
