There is a shared terrace in front of the house, as well as a barbecue and garden furniture for common use. Parking is also available in front of the house. Portoroz means "port of roses". The town is a popular resort on the Adriatic coast, it is known for its attractive appearance and well-kept beaches. Especially the large main beach of Portoroz, lined with golden sand, is very popular with families with children. In 1974, a large marina was built on the former salt fields of Lucija.
