The Mediterranean natural stone finca Leilani in the south-east of Mallorca offers plenty of space for up to 12 people on a living area of over 500 m2. The country house is also ideally equipped for events such as company celebrations, birthday parties or weddings with its 25,000 m² of land. There is a kidney-shaped XXL pool with a pool bar in the water, a spacious sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and parasols as well as a large outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven. Another highlight is the large, bright conservatory. It nestles right next to the house and provides an inviting, sheltered retreat for meals when the weather is uncomfortable for outdoor activities. It can easily be converted into a wonderful open terrace. On the other side of the house, the long private driveway provides ample parking for guests.

Inside the holiday home, you will also find sensationally large rooms, such as the modern kitchen with XXL cooking island and the spacious living room with several sofas and direct access to the outside. The six double bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an impressive staircase in the spacious hallway. They each have ample storage space and their own bathroom. Three of them also have access to the large balcony above the conservatory. From here you have a marvellous view over the garden and the surrounding countryside. Finca Leilani is the ideal place for events or a cosy Mallorca holiday with extended family or friends. The holiday home is located in the south-west of Mallorca, within walking distance of the village of Llucmajor with good shopping facilities and various restaurants. The island's capital Palma and the beautiful natural beaches of Sa Rápita are less than 30 minutes away by car.
